Recreation Therapy Services

Individual Therapy Sessions 

• Rate: $155 per hour

• Includes up to 30 minutes of travel one way from the provider’s location

• Additional travel time beyond 30 minutes may be billed at the hourly rate

• Mileage for travel beyond 30 minutes is billed at the current IRS standard mileage rate

• Any applicable travel-related fees will be discussed and agreed upon before services begin

Group Sessions 

• Rate: $250 per hour (flat rate)

• Includes up to 30 minutes of travel one way from the provider’s location

• Additional travel time beyond 30 minutes may be billed, with mileage charged at the IRS standard rate

• Rate reflects the planning, coordination, and facilitation required for safe and engaging group sessions
